Excellence from start to finish On September 10th, 2019, my husband and I met with Barb to take a look at the 2020 RDX. From our first handshake to driving out the door in our new SU On September 10th, 2019, my husband and I met with Barb to take a look at the 2020 RDX. From our first handshake to driving out the door in our new SUV, it was nothing short of a smooth ride! We just can't say enough about Barb, she was so professional, knowledgeable about the product and guided us through the process with ease. Our test drive was really the clincher for us and we decided that a new RDX was just what we wanted. Barb completed the paperwork with ease, and guided us to Myles for the financing. Myles was completely organized and ready for us, explaining everything in great detail. Our day was complete with a tour of the service department and a walk through with Barb in the new SUV. She helped us with the basic settings and got us ready for the drive home. We drove 130 miles to Muller's Woodfield Acura and the trip was worth every mile.
