BEST car buying experience EVER!!! Sebastian from Muller’s Acura was a phenomenal salesperson! I messaged him through Facebook with my concerns regarding my Jeep. I was upside down between payments and repairs it needed. Was it time to trade in? ‘YES!’ was the answer he gave. And not only in, but UP. I sent in all my info over the phone, including my drivers license, payoff letter for the Jeep, current insurance card and his response was: ‘You are approved for a 2019 Acura TLX!!!’. He made everything easy for me from beginning to end. I made an appointment to come in, and was out in less then 2 hours. He was completely professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new, safe vehicle. Sebastian can make it happen! More

I was very happy with the assistance I received from Norma and Danielle to get the desired vehicle and price. Barb and Patrick were great to work with at closing. All in all a wonderful experience. I suggested to Barbara that Muller's Woodfield place a billboard or two in Michigan. The entire buying experience with Muller's Woodfield top notch. He was very easy to talk to and he was great communicating with me throughout the entire process. When I arrived at the dealership Sebastian greeted me with a big smile and personally took care of me. Even friendlier in person if you can believe! Once he had me squared away Patrick walked me through the finance portion. He did a great job explaining my options and I never felt pressured into making a decision I didn't want to. Sebastian at Muller Acura was by far the easiest to work with, didn't make promises he couldn't keep, was upfront about the trade in value of my current vehicle and why, and was by far the most polite, professional and personable salesperson that I have dealt with in my car buying experience. The dealership had us in and out in a couple of hours. It was a pleasure to deal with each of the employees as Muller (used car manager and finance manager too)!
