Unexpected, Yet Rewarding Internet MDX Purchase Experience I am probably the last person those that know me would think would purchase a new car over the internet. Honestly, I was hesitant and skeptical goin I am probably the last person those that know me would think would purchase a new car over the internet. Honestly, I was hesitant and skeptical going into this process > but I am certainly happy I did! Working with Sebastian, totally via email (we never even had a phone conversation), was an absolute pleasurable buying experience. Not sure I can say the same about any of my past face-to-face new car buying experiences. Sebastian was always professional and responsive - while at the same time being personable and never making me feel pressured. Our communications were always fun and productive. After a few months of staying in touch, I made the decision to move forward with buying a new 2018 MDX and trading in my 2010 MDX while vacationing in Europe. Sebastian was absolutely marvelous in making it easy for us to finalize the deal while I was still in Europe and he was extremely attentive and supportive when I finally met him in person delivering my new MDX (I drove from Omaha to Chicago) to do this the day after I returned from Europe.
