My first interaction with Muller's was when I connected online and Priscilla reached out almost immediately and helped me get the process started. We scheduled an appointment and I arrived where I was treated with great respect. I worked with Barb while I was there and she was very honest and helpful and she went out of her way to make sure we were on the same page and that I had the exact car I was looking for at the exact price I was looking for. I had support from Myles and Chris E. and they both responded quickly to my requests and needs. Buying a car is an overwhelming experience, but this was a great all around partnership and experience. Nothing makes me happier than when people do what they say they will do and Lance lives by that motto. He vowed to email me with status and delivery updates regularly as I awaited the arrival of the new 2018 RDX's--and he did just that for months!. I bought one from him the week they arrived!
