So fast! So easy! This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made! We picked out the car online, contacted the dealership and Sebastian contacted us almost immedia This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made! We picked out the car online, contacted the dealership and Sebastian contacted us almost immediately to say he had set aside the car for us to look at during the time requested online. We arrived at the dealership, got right down to business and went over all the details, then took it for a test drive and started the purchase process. We had outside financing and there was no hard sell to use theirs, but Sebastian did ask if we were ok with the finance department running our credit to see if they could get a better deal for us. It turns out they could! We went through the dealership and saved a few bumps off the interest rate, which equals out to a nice sum over the term of the loan. We love the car, and the whole experience was speedy, personal, and never did we feel like we were being pressured or "sold to." I recommend this dealership and Sebastian, great all around! More

It is incredible how many features are included, especially with the tech package. Our insurance rate went down based on all of its safety features even though it's a brand new car! German helped us figure out all of the infotainment controls we wanted to set up. Not only is the 2019 RDX way more stylish and safe, its 4 cylinder turbo engine with ten speed transmission makes it extremely enjoyable to drive! The entire process was easy and under two hours which included trading In my other car. My only complaints are that I don’t feel I received a good deal for my trade in (I was offered $3,300-$4,300 hundred more elsewhere), but I wanted the convenience of doing everything at once. Overall, an easy experience. More
