I stopped by here 5 o’clock in the afternoon without an appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with me right away and go for a ride. He heard the noise too, so he put it up on the rack and discovered the wheel was no longer around. Apparently I hit a pothole during the recent snowstorm. They told me the car was OK to drive, come back in a couple of days and they will try to either replace or fix the wheel. Ken had his guy repair the wheel at a minimum cost and the car now runs great. They also gave me a loaner to use while the guy was working on the car. Ken and the mechanic went out of their way to help me and it was a very nice experience. Every experience I’ve had with this dealership has been five stars. Highly recommend this place. More
