The service was timely but costly! I had to financially paid for their mistake! The transmission seal was torn upon replacing the torque-converter. I notified service and was informed I had to financially paid for their mistake! The transmission seal was torn upon replacing the torque-converter. I notified service and was informed it would take two weeks before my vehicle could be seen. A loner vehicle was not available so I had a local repair shop replace the leaking transmission seal. Cost $230.00 I submitted a copy of the paid receipt for service to Tracy Peters. I've heard nothing in response! More
