Brought the car in because the battery light was on. Was told rodents had chewed through wires and a repair was needed for $1600. Also would have appreciated a more detailed report of the repair, other than "repair". We own 3 Hondas and have been using this dealership for over 30 years. This incident is very unusual and I hope is a one off. I plan to contact them directly. More

I’m always comfortable knowing that I will get the services I need. I almost had to beg for breaks. Three service visits and each time “not yet, you’ve still got plenty of time left.
