Average customer service, nothing special, typical negotiating style. I realized a few days after buying vehicle the key FOB was an aftermarket with no key in it. Contacted salesman that the FOB had negotiating style. I realized a few days after buying vehicle the key FOB was an aftermarket with no key in it. Contacted salesman that the FOB had no key, (at some point might need an actual key to the vehicle….). I was told I could have a key made. Generously I was offered the phone number to their key guy and oh yeh of course it would be on me to pay for. Wonder what would have happened had I been told before buying the vehicle there was no original key FOB or key…(would they have provided a key to a 45k vehicle) guess I’ll never know. Told black out paint on rear light plastic would be removed, was not removed. More
