Would like to update you all that now my experience has taken a turn for the worse. My car is parked and cannot be driven because of bad communication. My temporary tag expired after I was told a tag would be mailed to me. You all apparently just received my title work today and the only thing you can do is overnight me a tag. I am now out of my car for two days because of terrible customer service and bad communication. Jennifer and Derek in finance are no help either and prefer to argue with excuses about why things weren’t done and why they couldn’t do their job. There’s nothing I could have done as a customer to prevent this tag from expiring and no one I spoke to today cares about the issue your dealership caused.
