I was disappointed with the follow up service after purchase. I had some issues that were not resolved or addressed. I asked about the sales agreement and for it to be reviewed but did not receive a purchase. I had some issues that were not resolved or addressed. I also asked someone to investigate the delivery address for the license plates as I never received them. I am waiting on an answer. Also there are some mechanical issues with the vehicle that were unexpected. I have to say that My sales rep was very nice and professional but he did not provide the service expected. The Fianance manager was suppose to call me back because I noticed that the trade value on the sales agreement was $1000 less than I had verbally agreed to. I understand that I signed the agreement and own the responsibility of what I signed but the verbal agreement should have been honoured and I feel I should have felt comfortable trusting what we said should have been consistent with what was written. I do not believe in tarnishing the reputation of a so would like to not name the rep. More

After buying a vehicle that proved to be damaged 15 minutes into ownership, I returned it to the dealership. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ! These guys saw me coming. I purchased a used 2014 Grand Caravan last December. I paid cash. No problem. Van ran great. They kept me waiting around for hours because their finance guy was busy. There was no one in the dealership except for me and my wife. Why do I need a finance guy if I'm paying cash. It's 9 PM and they finally get around to me. Rushed me out the door and a 2 hour drive home. Next morning I see they wrote on the sales contract "AS IS NO WARRANTY". I called numerous times and could not get my sales person or the sales manager. Then I find no antennae, just a hole in the fender. Next day dead battery ! I let it go just to move on because I've got more important things to do in my life. Last night I got a flat. Went to get the jack and spare. NO JACK AND NO SPARE ! I am 70 years old. I've purchased a bunch of cars and trucks in my life. Never ever have I purchased a vehicle with no jack and no spare. Even "junkers" that I purchased when I was young had a jack and a spare. These people are bad news ! Michael Hammond and the Sales manager conned me. That is probably endemic throughout the dealership as this behavior is encouraged from the top down.
