Yes upon arrival a day early for our appointment we stopped by the dealership to check on our vehicle that should not have been on the sales floor. I reached out to Buddy Price about purchasing this vehicle in advertised pricing on website. See photo. I was looking at another dealer for same truck in different color. When I spoke to Buddy I confirmed pricing on this unit was correct. He did inform me this was accurate. After taking photos and sending all info. on my trade in. JD ( slick willy) called me instead of Buddy to inform me of great price on trade in. LoL. The price they gave me including tax saving on used vehicle on new one. Which was about 3500+~ in tax savings which he added to value of my truck. Which was deceiving. Which they wanted me to think they were giving me a great trade value. Then JD informed me the price of TRX was 5000.00 over msrp. Which is now 6500.00 more than advertised price. Simple bait and switch. My fight has just begun on this. Will send to Florida’s Attorney General, BBB, and Ram. I am so sick of deceptive practice from these dealerships. More
