Yes I spoke with a manager, unsure who. In the review it states what I was offered, however the tires are worn unevenly and tread isn't the required depth to meet certification. Splitting the cost of 2 tires when the truck should have 4 new isn't a solution to the mistake made by your service department. He said he didn't want to pay another dealers "inflated prices" for tires, when I'm sure the same set at your dealership is similarly priced. It's quite clear you don't want to own up to the mistake made by your service department and give a customer what is owed and should have been done before it left the lot, which is fine, I realistically wasn't expecting anything to happen anyway. No complaints about my sales representative, nor the finance department. Happy with how I was treated and how easy Daniel made things for me. Just disappointed I purchased a certified vehicle and now I need to spend more money on tires which should have been taken care of prior to the sale.

Dylan, Thank you for the reply. I spoke with the Manager that you discussed your situation with and I understand you had a steering stabilizer that failed on your trip from Florida to Iowa. I can understand a bad steering stabilizer can affect tread wear on the the front tires, as I have had that happen as well, but unfortunately you could not come to agreement on replacing those tires. I also checked and the steering stabilizer is covered under the manufactures warranty. I did some research, and I do have paperwork showing the status of the tires before the drive to Iowa and they were well within spec for a certified vehicle at the time of purchase. Again I am sorry you feel that way, I am glad that you did have some high points to your visit with us. Thanks very much, and if I can be of further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Bruce

The steering damper had nothing to do with the uneven wear on the tires, they were like that before I left. It takes between 3-4,000 miles to wear a tire 1/32nds, so I'm very doubtful that your "paperwork" stated the tires were just fine. I'm not going to get an argument, I've made my point extremely clear with images that will be on my Google review showing proof of the situation. Judging on previous reviews, it doesn't look like this is the first time your service department has done a poor job. Best of luck.

Mr. Pandos, Thank you for the information. I did received your email as well this morning that you sent on 12/30. I saw in your email that you stated the Finance Manager told you that you cannot refuse the protection package. Can you tell me who your Finance Manager was? The Protection Package is a series of additions to the vehicle before it goes on the sales lot. They are pre-installed and are based on safety features. If you order a vehicle you can elect to not have the items installed when it arrives to the dealership, or pick and choose which features you would like and not like. The majority of the vehicles available for sale on the lot have the package installed. I want to make sure you received all of the items that are part of the protection package that you were charged. Can you confirm what is on the vehicle that you purchased? I will also check on the 15/150 warranty that you mentioned in your email. What is the best way to contact you? So i was not giving everthing when in with the finance manager. He had to call the saleman. Nothing was done they had to rush my truck back to service after i pointed it out when i was taking delivery. The only thing done to my truck was the wheel locks and tail light program. No interior protection. No Nitrous in the tires.

So this weekend i hand washed it. The water didnt bead off like it should. I had my RV treated when i purchased it. I dont see the resemblance at all. I also did a water test on the carpet it didn t bead up as well. It soaked in. My windsheld inside was horrible too. I really think since it was the holiday season nobody payed attention to things it was just marked off as being done.
