The sevice writer, Amanda Opalek, is an unbelievable asset to your company. She is friendly, knowledgeable and took care of all of my needs and concerns. This is the first time I have not had the best experience getting an oil change for my 2019 Subaru Forester. Unfortunately, not only did it take over an hour, the service workers spilled oil and my car smell getting an oil change for my 2019 Subaru Forester. Unfortunately, not only did it take over an hour, the service workers spilled oil and my car smelled horribly for 3 days. On my way home the car started smoking inside and I called my husband and opened the windows. I've never had an experience such as this and wonder if I need to take my car elsewhere. More
