Recall- airbag I visited the Muskegon Audi dealership because there was a recall related to the airbags. I set up an initial appointment and brought my car in. Afte I visited the Muskegon Audi dealership because there was a recall related to the airbags. I set up an initial appointment and brought my car in. After three hours I was told the part they needed was not there. I was frustrated. Several weeks later I was notified that the part was in and another appointment was scheduled. This second visit all went well. The waiting area at that dealership was very comfortable with popcorn, coffee, water, and lite snacks. They were also very polite and professional in greeting and dismissing me. After an hour wait, they told me my car was ready and I left in a freshly washed the car. More
