Although the vehicle delivery was extented to nearly 3 times Although the vehicle delivery was extended to nearly 3 times what was originally quoted, the dealer sales person kept me updated and even offered to c Although the vehicle delivery was extended to nearly 3 times what was originally quoted, the dealer sales person kept me updated and even offered to cancel my order and return my deposit. I did cancel the order, and, when the vehicle came in much sooner than expected the dealer contacted me and we renegotiated the sale price of the vehicle with additional compensation for the frustration I endured over the delayed delivery. The salesperson treated me with respect and was very patient, answering all my questions and following up with me throughout the sale, including an after sales phone call to check if all was as expected and asked if I had any other questions. He also reminded me to stop by any time and they would review all the technical details and answer questions I might have. More
