This time was a +$200 recommendation for 100k additives for oil (isn’t the full synthetic oil I use good enough to “coat the pistons?). Additive for new coolant? Really? Was that gross cabin air filter shown to me really from my car? These recommendations feel all about dealer profit rather than what my car really needs. More
