Great service center I am a single female in my 60's and they pretty much ignored when I came to buy a car. So I bought a car from another dealer and take my car to My Imp I am a single female in my 60's and they pretty much ignored when I came to buy a car. So I bought a car from another dealer and take my car to My Imports for oil changes. Their oil change department is wonderful. Two weeks ago I went in to have my phone synced. The manager synced it for me but once I left it didn't work. I returned a week later when I had time but I was told no one was available at that and to make an appointment. I needed one after 4:00 because I was teaching and Wednesday was open. On that Wednesday I did not get out of school until 7pm. So today I went in to make another appointment with the Subaru service. They were very busy and I waited for the manager. Another young man came up to the desk and asked if I needed something. I said I needed an appointment to have my phone synced with my car. He said ,"let's take your car outside". We did and in less than a minute he was done!! I asked why I needed an appointment. He said I didn't. He was so helpful, and nice, I will go back to him if I need anything with my car. His name is Jeff Perkins. He works in sales, not service! More

I took my Nissan Leaf in for it's 2nd Maintence Check-Up this morning and was treated with professional kindness and courtesy all the way from Rita at I took my Nissan Leaf in for it's 2nd Maintence Check-Up this morning and was treated with professional kindness and courtesy all the way from Rita at the the front desk, to Makala the Service Representative. Rita had assisted me in making my appointment and made sure I had everything I needed to be ready for the service appointment. She may be on the front desk, but she had headphones on and she doesn't sit behind that desk..she is up and getting callers connected with the proper salesman for their questions. I watched her work with amazement! Every company should have a Rita! Makala took great pains to make sure I was satisfied and got the correct service I needed. She went above and beyond her duties, especially since it turned out to be a very busy day, and she juggled customers, me, and other service consultants to make sure everything was running on schedule. In fact, she got me in and out ahead of schedule! I highly recommend dealing with her. I highly recommend My Import if you want the best in service for your automobile, and in customer care for yourself or family! More
Great Service One week after I purchased a used vehicle from My Import, I noticed there were wheel locks on all four wheels...and I was not issued a wheel lock key. One week after I purchased a used vehicle from My Import, I noticed there were wheel locks on all four wheels...and I was not issued a wheel lock key. JP (Jeff Perkins, my sales representative) quickly got me into the Service Department where Frank Siebart (Assistant Service Manager) and Ramsey Alvarez (Parts Specialist) removed the locks and installed replacement lug nuts free of charge. The Service Department waiting room was clean, had comfortable couches and chairs with plenty of magazines and TV...along with complimentary beverages. It is obvious to me that My Import places great attention to detail and in keeping their customers happy. I highly recommend their service. More

Incompetent parts counter personnel. The most useless, disorganized parts counter I have ever experienced in my 53 years on this rock. I wouldn't recommend even bothering with place ever. Because of their incompetence, the brake job needed on this car won't be able to get finished until late next week. I'll be ordering from the nearest other Subaru dealer I can find and will never recommend these people or deal with them again. Ordered parts Monday was told I would receive a call when they can in today By 4:15 PM I had not received it called them couldn't find my order, had to get the VIN info again parts are in but now too late for me to pick up asked to hold for 24 hours and finally told they won't unless I supply a credit card number which I could not get until after they close. They didn't have record of the order, phone number and never told me about a CC to hold the parts until after too late to do anything. I'll be dealing with someone else for parts from now on. Apologies to Mark, not sure if he was who I spoke with at one point but could not submit this without picking an employee. EDIT ---------------------- After spending nearly an hour and four or five phone calls with the above results and then deciding to drop this place like a hot rock, I got the parts needed from another dealership ordered and set up for delivery in a single phone call and 5 minutes from a much better dealership in the area. And for $35 less... Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. More

( Deal Rater would not allow me to reply directly to Mark Leutzinger's response) First of all, the weld that was done by Robinhood Muffler on my exhaust brought my exhaust system back to "like new" condition, and lasted 2 more years. Remember that the My Import mechanic told me, in person, that my issue was not able to be rewelded due to the exhaust pipe being "too thin" to be successfully welded. Secondly, I specifically asked the service desk attendant if the $45 charge for the computer diagnosis would apply to any service work that was diagnosed. (This is a "free service" at most local automotive parts retail stores.) His reply was "NO" and when he saw the disappointment on my face he, smugly, asked me if I wanted to cancel the appointment I had just made for the following day. Mark Leutzinger was never present at any part of this conversation. I proceeded from the service area into the new car sales area and filed my grievance with My Import's General Manager, Josh Benson. Thankfully I am a Mechanical Engineer and saw through their games. I just pitty the unsuspecting customers that may fall into their trap. Good Luck if you decide to ignore my review, Jack Howell More

I met with Frank Siebart who enthusiastically told me he would take care of my vehicle. After completing extensive service on the vehicle I waited a couple of weeks and am happy to say that all the systems serviced are operating perfectly. Frank and his team were consummate professionals and completed a lengthy list of services in a timely manner. Rather than have me wait, I was offered the use of a new vehicle to shuttle myself home and back to the center. I am completely satisfied with the service and especially the courtesy extended to me. More
