At time of purchase, my family was vacationing in Myrtle Beach when the wife stopped by to check the local Chrysler dealership out. We had been owners a Walter P. Chrysler series of the Town & Country Van for the last four years and we were looking for a exceptional model and a dealership that would give a good price for our trade-in. Myrtle Beach Chrysler had the right vehicle which was a 30 year Anniversary edition of the Town & Country and they offered a reasonable price for our trade in. The sales person Josh Burton was most helpful and respectful of our situation. I would recommend Myrtle Beach Chrysler any one shopping for a vehicle. More
If you are smart, heed the warnings. This establishment is full of shady sales people. The GM and owner are no better. You are much better off taking your business elsewhere. Things may seem rosey for some,but rest assured those are the same folks that were lucky enough to have zero issues. For those of you looking for some kind of recourse, file complaints with the FTC, Consumer Affairs, BBB or the State Attorney's office. They should be held accountable for their deceptive and dishonest business practices! More
I went to this dealership after checking their inventory online. The first salesman that approached me on the lot was Shane. I had narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles. He never offered to let me test driv online. The first salesman that approached me on the lot was Shane. I had narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles. He never offered to let me test drive them; he said he wanted to get my application first. Im sure he wanted to see if i could afford a vehicle before he wasted his time with a test drive. ( Later a second salesman tried to intervene and asked me how did I know which vehicle I liked if I had not driven either one of them??!!!!) Shane said there would be a rush Sat morning after the paper came out and their internet deals were posted and I better get something today or it would be gone; the deals today might not be valid after tomorrow; etc, etc. He said my trade-in was going to costs $2-3k dollars in repairs soon, to which my fiance (who had heard enough) said "thats ok, we have it". Shane said, 'Really, are you putting $2000 down on this today, then?" and laughed. This was after he told me the "demo" Jeep Compass was new (even though it had mileage and had DEMO written across the windshield) and would be sold at sticker price. My fiance asked him about the mileage and said 'So its used?'. He said, "No its new. Its just been used for tests drives as a demo." Still would not discuss any discount on the price of a demo!! Mr Keith Kronenmeyer tried to salvage the sale but it was too late. Needless to say we didnt buy anything. The sad thing is, I might have purchased the Jeep. After I drove it of course!! More
This was my second trip back to service for brakes on a New 2014 Jeep Patriot. First time they told me it was just the nature of the beast and sent me on my way. This time I came prepared with more knowledge on brakes and they actually took it for a test drive with me so that they could hear the noise it was making and Brad agreed he could hear it also. When we got back to dealership Brad spoke to another service employee asking him if he wanted to take the jeep for a test drive to see if he could hear what we heard or should they go ahead and just send it back to service which made me feel as though what I heard and Brad heard didn't matter if this guy decided he didn't hear it. I am not a lier and I don't appreciate being treated as if I am or that I am an idiot both of which they made me feel. I was at the dealership at 9:30AM with an appointment and because they only had 2 mechanics on staff that could look at warranty items I never left until 2PM. So far both of my experiences with this service department have left me longing for Addy Harbor Dodge. More

Purchased my certified 09 wrangler at the end of September, the day I picked it up I noticed the a/c was not working correctly. Bob had the service dept. work on it and recharged the system. Everyth September, the day I picked it up I noticed the a/c was not working correctly. Bob had the service dept. work on it and recharged the system. We purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata from MB Chrysler Jeep a few months ago. We asked our salesperson if the vehicle had any problems or had been in any accidents, the reply was NO! A lie! We tried to trade the car at a different dealership only find the vehicle had been involved in a side impact collision, as a result the dealership wouldn't consider a trade with our car. We revisited MB Chrysler Jeep to ask for assistance but they just gave us the run-around and offered to make some more money off us. While waiting in the parking lot for service other customers approached us advising us to find a different dealership, unfortunately they were to late. Don't make the same mistake! Find a dealership who appreciates your business! More
