He had a girl named May shadowing him and he was not only great with us, but also with her. He did not push us, when he got to know us, he knew we were looking for a car that had some features we wanted and we wanted to pay the best price for it or we were walking out the door. He kept showing us different cars and when we chose the one we liked, he gave us his very best offer right away which was lower than cars.com said we should target the price. In four hours, we went through multiple cars, selected one to purchase, did the financing, Tim then went over all the features in the car and linked up my smart phone to it before I drove the car off the lot. He reviewed all the buttons with me so that I would know how to use every one. He was amazing and full of knowledge about the cars. I am going to recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. More
