While we had some issues with our initial interaction with the service area, after explaining our concerns with the service manager they were able to rectify the issues. The manager took the time to rese with the service area, after explaining our concerns with the service manager they were able to rectify the issues. The manager took the time to research and correct a miscommunication with an extended warranty we had purchased with our new vehicle. His professional approach to the situation is not only appreciated but has restored our trust with the establishment, which is particularly encouraging for our continued business. More
