Best ever car buying experience I have acquired many automobiles over the years and I think this is my seventh Acura. I love the brand but this was my first time dealing with Naples I have acquired many automobiles over the years and I think this is my seventh Acura. I love the brand but this was my first time dealing with Naples Acura. "Sparky" Meador gave me the best car buying experience I have ever had. Worked with us over several days as we live 60 miles from his dealership but Sparky even delivered the TLX to us at our home and spent several hours showing us how to use all the technology and safety systems of the car. Great job. More
Easy, stress-free experience I was comparing the Acura TLX with the Audi A3 and Mercedes CLA250. My first Acura I never thought i would be buying an Acura but after working with sparky Michael Meador I felt very comfortable going back to order my new MDX. Now having the car for a few months i'm enjoying going back for my car wash and seeing the sales staff as well as the car wash team that greets me by my first name every time I visit. What a great bunch of people, and may i add that i did not experience any pressure in buying the car true gentleman work in this dealership in Naples. I never thought that i would change from my Lexus to an MDX but after comparing the 2 to satisfy my choice at Acura I knew within 2 minutes or looking at Lexus that it was the Acura I had to go back to. Good Luck everyone out their with what ever choice you make but no regrets here. More

Buying experience. Am satisfied with my car and the Service Department. However, when I leased the car I feel that it should have been pointed out to me either by the Am satisfied with my car and the Service Department. However, when I leased the car I feel that it should have been pointed out to me either by the sales person or finance person that there would be a $350 turn-in-fee if I do not purchase or lease another Acura. Inasmuch as this was not the case when I leased my previous Acura at the same dealership,I did not notice it when I signed the lease agreement. That annoyed me enough that I will think twice about leasing or buying another car from this dealership. More

The entire purchase and delivery process was handled with speed and efficiency, George is well versed in the Acura product line, and spent a good deal of time synching my phone and explaining the various electronic systems. This is the second Acura I've purchased from this dealer (though the first was under the previous owner). I've had my cars serviced there for more than 10 years and have always found the service department to be competent and exceptionally focused on customer service. Quickly resolving any problems I've had. More

In my opinion it was a great decision based on the whole purchase process. Greeting was friendly. Viewing of the offering of inventory was easy and informative including options. Test drive of the model of our choosing was very pleasant again without hard sell only the driving and handling were the topic of discussion. Once a decision was made on the model, color and various other choices, a search for the vehicle commenced. Our specific requirements were matched with a car located within the state and the decision was made to purchase it based on their ability to retrieve it and the pricing they offered including a very fair value for our trade in. The new MDX was ready when promised. The model was the Advantage so an appropriate amount was taken to program driver and phone options and explain the many advanced features of the SUV. At the conclusion to the whole process I must say it was worth the trip and the extra distance to purchase this auto from George, Naples Acura and all the staff I came in contact with at the dealership. A month later, I remain pleased with my car choice of the Acura MDX Advantage and recommend Naples Acura, George and staff to anyone interested in a high end SUV. More
