Last year when I leased my vehicle I was told there was a windshield treatment that repelled water. This coating needs to be reapplied, and I was entitled to 3 applications. When I requested this Service had windshield treatment that repelled water. This coating needs to be reapplied, and I was entitled to 3 applications. When I requested this Service had no idea what I was talking about. I don’t understand why that wasn’t documented. Also, my tan interior door panel had a grease “kick” mark that needed to be scrubbed off. Very sloppy especially since I keep my vehicle immaculate. More
