His Specific answer is $160.00. Me, Ok sign me up and we can also take care of the two recalls. Him Ok no charge for recalls. Me How long will it take. Him All computer 1 HR. Me OK. I get there and my service guy says it will be at least two Hrs. xxx. I say ok I need a loaner. HA HA HA. I said when I Leased this car I was told there would be a lonar program by the sales person. Lie. Him let me check on the loaner not. Lie Anyhow I expected that. Go to pay my bill $292.00 now. Oh sir did Mr. Specific tell you about the $80 dollar Program charge and the 30 dollar Disposal Charge? What ever that is supposed to be. You guys are worse that Pat Papanaue, and Bob Taylor put together Lying, Cheating car people from Top to Bottom. You cain’t get anyone to look you in the eye in that place! Dont buy used, scummy dealership Bought a used car that seemed to be in great condition with the sales rep saying this and that were replaced and that it was pristine only to get home Bought a used car that seemed to be in great condition with the sales rep saying this and that were replaced and that it was pristine only to get home and find many issues, they covered so many issues that revealed themselves after just a week of driving. DO NOT purchase used from this dealer, they used xxxxxxx tactics to get a sale on someone who this was their first time car buying. Finance manager kept saying this car is "as shown" meaning any issues that come up they werent liable for, shouldve been a red flag that they only temporary fixed many issues and we should have steered clear of the dealership. Terrible customer service as a brand and dealership. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from Naples Chrysler Jeep dodge and ram. Currently leasing one that’s had minor issues and when the lease is up i wi I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from Naples Chrysler Jeep dodge and ram. Currently leasing one that’s had minor issues and when the lease is up i will not be purchasing a new vehicle. As for the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee i purchased in 2016 with the 1000,000 power train warranty and 3 year 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty has caused me more then enough headache for a life time. The service department is absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. Last year i spent 3 days going back and forth for a tire repair which is still leaking to this day. Today i called because my shifter is peeling leather and plastic causing a mess all over my centerconsoul. Mind you this vehicle is technically 2 yrs old because i purchased it “new” even though it was a 2015. Because I’m 1000 miles over (37,178) from the bumper to bumper warranty i can’t get this part replaced. I was informed that Chrysler will absolutely not do anything to fix this cosmetic issue because it’s over the 36,000. Again I’ve spent well over $100,000 at this particular dealer in the last 5 years on 3 different vehicles. I’m in the customer service industry and never would ever treat someone who was a loyal customer this way . I will never buy another product from this or any other Chrysler dealer. It’s completely insane that they wouldn’t even schedule me an appointment or give me a ball park idea of what it would cost to fix. i love my vehicle and I’m completely mind blown that they would do nothing to help in any way shape or form. I will never reffer anyone to this brand or dealer and when i do decide to buy a new vehicle after my lease it will defiantly not be with this company. I’m currently seeking legal action to review the terms of this warranty since again my vehicle was purchased as new in 2016 even though it was a 2015 modle. ( don’t remember he name of person i spoke with but i can’t post this review with out selecting someone. More
