Worst car buying experience ever! ! They dont have a clue! over a week and a half and about 100 phone calls just to get paperwork showing my trade in. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone ! They dont have a clue! over a week and a half and about 100 phone calls just to get paperwork showing my trade in. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone that can put me in touch with a bank that they finance car with!! I am told it's with M&T bank yet they say they dont have a clue who we are!! This is nuts! Cant call Morgan Auto Group corporate to file a complaint because you cant find a number and no one will give it to you! Guessing that's because they would have way too many complaints getting called in!! I am just floored at what a disaster this is and that I cannot get anyone to speak to the knows what the heck is going on!! how do you run a dealership like this. STAY AWAY FIND ANOTHER DEALER THAT CARES ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS!! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! More
