Service and service writer excellent. Mechanic got oil and grease from shoes all over viny step area driver's side door opening. Also, car was returned with passenger side seat all the wa Mechanic got oil and grease from shoes all over viny step area driver's side door opening. Also, car was returned with passenger side seat all the way to the front with seatback bent all the way forward. Not a great way to return car to owner. Vinyl door step should have been cleaned and passenger seat should have been placed in correct seating position. Five star except for above noted. More

I had a very difficult time with Carlos. His general understanding and knowledge of service was not very good. As a retired Stellantis employee I understand service and asked detailed questions. For example: "Once you receive the part, how long will it take to complete the repair?" Answer: "Well, I can't' order the part until Saturday." Question: I understand the ordering and delivery process takes a few days. So once you get the part, how long will the repair take?" Answer: When I order the part on Saturday, I won't get a confirmation of delivery until Monday of when the part will be here." Question: "Okay, you order the part on Saturday, you get the confirmation on Monday. Let's say the confirmation says the part will arrive on Wednesday. How long, once you have the part, will the delivery take?" It was very frustrating for me. I could go on, but I think you understand my experience. More
