Update: After I posted this review, the customer relations manager (Disa) contacted me to try and resolve my concerns. I appreciate that Disa reached out to me in an effort to resolve my concerns. While Disa’s efforts were appreciated, unfortunately, the dealership was not willing to address my concerns or offer any compensation and did not take my concerns seriously. They claimed that I had the choices and made the purchase and trade-in voluntarily, which is misleading and does not address the specific issues that I raised in my review. This response underscores the dealership's lack of transparency and customer service, and it is concerning that they are unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution other customers against doing business with this dealership.
