Dear Disa - About My Post-Sale Experience at KIA Elemhurst: I bought the car during my scheduled appointment on 10/22/2020. However my Account Manager from the Internet Sales department was grossly ill-informed about me arriving at the scheduled appointment or the fact that I purchased the vehicle that same day. She would continue to call and email me days after the sale asking me to come into the dealership for a test drive of that same car I had already purchased. The most disappointing part of my post-purchase experience is that for days after I bought the 2020 KIA Niro I would get phone calls from my internet sales Account Manager asking me to "re-schedule my appointment" at the dealership. It sounded like she was unaware that I did come into my scheduled appointment ( I checked in with Andre Jennings Sr. who approached me in the parking lot when I arrived) and further proceeded to buy the car at that scheduled appointment. After receiving multiple phone calls and emails I finally cleared-up the (very weird) misunderstanding my Account Manger. If this is the quality of customer service I can expect from KIA Elmhurst, I am not sure if I will come back. But xxxxxxto the Finance department at your dealership. Dealing with those those guys was a wonderful experience on the.
