Kyle Gonzales to the rescue! The other night I went to shut my door to my kia and it wouldn't shut... The latch on the side of the door was locked and it wouldn't go over the clip to close. I was trying f shut my door to my kia and it wouldn't shut... The latch on the side of the door was locked and it wouldn't go over the clip to close. I was trying for a while to unlock it but nothing I was trying worked..I called Kyle to see if he knew what was happening or what I can do. He wasn't sure was I was talking about til he saw it happen on a floor model at the dealership, he tried to explain to me how to fix it but it was dark and I couldn't see to well or really understand what he was talking about.. He said he was leaving work and would come by to show me. When Kyle arrived it took him seconds to fix it( not one door but two) I was so greatful he went out of his way to help me, mind you it was almost 9pm on a Saturday night. I've bought a couple cars from him and will continue too in the future because its the little things that count to me.. Thanks Kyle for always helping! More
