Blatantly lied to This is the worst car dealership experience of my life. I bought a certified pre-owned Kia Stinger GT from them about a month ago and found a few iss This is the worst car dealership experience of my life. I bought a certified pre-owned Kia Stinger GT from them about a month ago and found a few issues I wanted to get fixed. The people over at Napleton's Kia of Elmhurst blatantly lied to my face on multiple accounts. The biggest being a defect I found during the inspection before buying the car. I pointed out to Luis (salesman) condensation in the rear tail light and he shrugged if off by saying "Oh don't worry about that, we will get that fixed for you" I took this as him saying that they will fix it no cost since it was an issue before purchase. Jump to now and they tell me I will have to pay for the new tail light due to it being cracked and nothing being written down in the sale. I am under the belief that when I pointed out the tail light it is on Luis to get it written down in the sale. They willing sold me a CPO car with a cracked tail light with no intent to fix it. They lied to my face to get a sale. I have come to find that they lied about my income on the credit approval also. Do not ever do business with the people over at Napleton's Kia Elmhurst.
