Rip people off Price online was of roughly $24,000 of a used 2018 car. Came in, started talking about the prices and stuff; and all of the sudden the value of the ca Price online was of roughly $24,000 of a used 2018 car. Came in, started talking about the prices and stuff; and all of the sudden the value of the car is up by like $4,000. These are the "extra" fees this dealership adds on: 1. A package costing "$1,395" that is sold with "every" Napleton car sold. Which at the end of the paperwork this package is listed for only $295 (so makes no sense) - and basically gives you free 2 oil changes and a tire rotation for free within the first year. 2. Since the car was certified, they add like $2,400 on top of the car from an all-around point inspection. So yes this dealer appears to have lower prices than others, but other dealers do not make you come in and then add about $4,000 in the car. Which this is roughly what you would be saving from the suggested price. Double-check all numbers when it comes to the signing all the papers before you make the final decision People should be more aware of buying at this dealership with all the extra charges from stuff you don't necessarily need. Totally do not recommend this dealer to buy used, it might be different for new cars, or without a trade-in. More

Thank god my elderly parents called me before signing for a used vehicle here Advertised for 16k but then after their “Napleton Experience” fee the total loan was 24k For three oil changes and a lifet a used vehicle here Advertised for 16k but then after their “Napleton Experience” fee the total loan was 24k For three oil changes and a lifetime of car washes, $8,000 does not justify that cost. I wish I could say this was the only time this happened, but when I tried to buy a $2500 car from them on Black Friday, they again added another 3k in just fees. This was at their Hyundai location in Naperville. Beware of this bait and switch tactic and ensure to stop giving this dealership your business. I can only imagine they are going to apologize and then blame it on something else. Both times we talked to a GM and basically told me that if I wouldn’t buy the car. Some other poor sucker would as they wouldn’t ask as many questions. Spend your money at a more reputable dealership who does not fake reviews and scam people out of their hard earned money. More
Andre Jennings was knowledgeable, patient and compromising. He deserves five stars but this place and the way management handles advertising deserves three stars. I saw a great price on a low mileage Sorento and inquired about it. Clara, the internet sales person responded that the vehicle was not available and they are having issues removing the entry from the website. I was then emailed a list of Sorentos currently in inventory. I saw one I liked and went to the dealership. Since Clara is the Internet specialist she put me in touch with a salesperson, Eric Hernandez. We test drove the vehicle and were interested in buying it. When he asked me about what price I saw, he said well that is where the price begins. After the standard car dealership wait tactic, he asked how we were planning to pay for the vehicle, I said by check. More waiting, another question no price negotiation until we say when will take delivery. I said Tuesday he said they won't sell the car to us. The manager, John, didn't even come out to see us or talk with us. Then I said if I can move the money into my account today I will take delivery today. Nope they wouldn't make enough money on their advertised price. Napleton does not state on their website that financing is required. So my recommendation is if you think you are going to get a good deal or have a satisfying car buying experience stay away from this dealership. Their advertised pricing is dishonest. More
