Lied to us about pricing of car lease. Did not tell us that it included after market items until we were in finance office. Finance person told us it was for customer retention. When we as Did not tell us that it included after market items until we were in finance office. Finance person told us it was for customer retention. When we asked to have them removed told us they were in the pricing that we agreed upon with salesman I felt they were not up front with us and could have saved even more without these items. Apparently you have to buy after market items or you cant buy a car here. Salesman Joe was not that educated on tech items for car as well as car was not prepped and had to be re washed 2x's. When we got home car did not even have washer fluid. This is one customer they will not retain. Stay away. Does not even return calls. More
