End of Lease I took my van in at the end of the 3 year lease. I had already arranged with the salesman JP to go into a new van lease. JP contacted me in advance to make sure everything would go smoothly. They had the car ready to go and the paperwork was ready to sign. The process took about 90 minutes since there are many steps to complete. A small glitch with a squeaky door was quickly fixed, and I was on my way. I feel that I got a relatively good deal and am now driving a new car. Mike in the service department has also been very helpful when I take the van in for servicing. Luckily, very little needs to be done except for oil changes. I feel satisfied with my experience and would recommend Napleton to my friends. More

Found a used Kia Sportage for sale at Napleton River Oaks Honda via KellyBluebook, went to check it out, ended up leaving with it. Experience was very pleasant from the start. Our salesperson, Moos, made the experience for us. Moos' friendliness, casualness, and frankness was very refreshing after having a number of less pleasant experiences with pushy salespeople in the past. We felt very comfortable discussing with him our needs and concerns, and never felt like we were being talked into something we were unsure about. Moos showed us the vehicle, we took it for a test drive, came back and talked numbers, then went through with the sale process, all the while chatting about life and other non-vehicle-related aspirations. Just a very personable guy in general. Although we ended up staying well past store hours to complete the purchase, all the staff at Napleton Honda was very friendly and accommodating. This has remained the case in the handful of interactions I have had with the dealership since purchasing the vehicle.
