Dealing with finances is a nightmare. I bought my vehicle from here but recently sold it..I had purchased an extended warranty and no one calls you back. Leaving voicemails doesn’t help. Last week I took my car to the Honda/Kia dealership located in South Holland because I was fed up going into dead ends situations with local auto repair shops. I thought this would be a quick easy and located in South Holland because I was fed up going into dead ends situations with local auto repair shops. I thought this would be a quick easy and pleasant experience however a week went by and no one contacted me not one time I called twice to get a status or update on my vehicle no one was able to give me any information other than to tell me that my car was not looked at yet. I spent about $1000 on a rentals expecting for my car to be out of the shop within a week or at least have an update so I would know how to continue my work schedule. This place took into no consideration my life my schedule my job or my money as they held my car for a whole week without giving me any updates. I finally got a call today March 23 Tuesday morning saying that my car has finally been looked at and if I want it looked at further I would have to pay an additional 150, i was perfectly fine with that but I really wanted clarity as to why I’m paying 150 for an additional hour when my car has been in the care of this facility for over a week. I explained to the advisor I understand it’s not his fault and I would like to speak with a manager to better help me understand my situation with my vehicle. When I was transferred to the manager the phone was instantly disconnected I called several times with no answer: upon me coming in today I asked to speak with a manager and I was directed to go through the gray doors and ask for Dave I noticed the tall man with a red shirt on and I asked hi are you Dave he then replied yes then turned his back as if he did not want To hear what I had to say, i then proceeded to let him know I am here for the Kia Rio and I just wanted to get clarity on a few things, he then said yea I know, as if he’s been warned he has a frustrated customer, he then said you don’t need clarity it’s either give us 150 to look at your car more or you can take your car today and give us 150 it’s no problem to us. I then told him no Dave this is a problem because my car has been in you guys possession for over a week and I’m not understanding what I’m paying for if you can help me understand, he then with so much aggression in his tone told me that I only paid 150 for one hour and if I want more hours pay another 150, still not helping me understand what am I paying for he didn’t think to go get me a mechanic to explain anything to me, instead he was just very dismissive as if my money was not good enough. he then walked off to his office and proceeded to fill out paperwork and shuffle through papers I asked him why am I being treated this way he was showing me no customer service at all so I did proceed to record my encounter for my safety and my protection. In this video the manager Dave of this location clearly states that I am being treated this way because I am black and the way I talk. He then proceeded to yell at me in rage telling me that I was told that my car would be there over a week however the advisor Dylan explain to him that no one has contacted me and that I was right he still did not care he yelled around the facility embarrassing me in front of his entire staff as if I was some sort of criminal that didn’t deserve any type of respect. He then walked away angrily with my keys to the front desk and told them don’t give me anything without money which again was perfectly fine but why are you stating that to your staff giving them the impression to show me disrespect, I am completely disappointed in this experience.. This man Dave not only told me I was being treated this way because I was black he also yelled at me and attempted to jump out of his seat at me I truly thought this man was about to put his hands on me and in my mind I didn’t have enough time to get away so I truly thought I was about to get harmed by this big man I have never ever had a man get in my face and yell at me the way this man did . Is this how you treat women Dave? . I am somebody’s mom,sister, daughter, this is completely unacceptable on all levels. More

The worse. I bought a car Jan 1, about a week and a halfway later I kept hearing noise from the brake area when I took my foot off the break. I contact my salesman he tells me bring it in....bought it in the service manager Mike, tells me nothing is wrong it's doing that because it's cold outside and sits...as I'm pulling off the lot the noise is worse and louder I go back in, service manager sends someone else out I ride with them we hear the noise. The guy Ryan looks at it again and once again tells me nothing is wrong and brings the delivery manager over to "vouch". My dad and uncle both work on cars confirmed no noise should be coming from brake area when my foot is released...I leave because at this point I'm tired and it's late. The next morning I take to my mechanic and he finds multiple things wrong with suspension. The manger Dan was RUDE and Usef was nicer and promised to call me back but of course he didnt. Don't buy a used car here unless you take a mechanic or someone that knows cars with you..........they alll are trash. More
