Hyundai I had a great experience with my sales guy, however the manager gave me a very negative impression, and almost blew the sale at a few occasions. During negotiations, which were going well, he all the sudden came back with a fully loaded version that was significantly more expensive trying to convince me that I should spend thousands more because I would be saving so much more money. We were clearly settled on this car and this was way beyond our price point and was completely inappropriate based on where we were in negotiations. In addition he continuously came back with ""misprinted"" sheets showing numbers that we didn't discuss until we called him out to correct. Even then, it sometimes took more than once. Our sales guy Derrick was really great, but the manager was quite difficult and came very close to blowing the sale. More
