We had a problem with the evap canister. The car was over the age for warranty. Berit got us a good faith warranty replacement and saved the day. Made us very happy. This was my 2nd time to the dealership, very easy for appointment, Courtney was able to help me with a maintenance program that I purchased when I bought the car last year. Very glad that I live close by appointment, Courtney was able to help me with a maintenance program that I purchased when I bought the car last year. Very glad that I live close by and can drop off my car and head off shopping and was almost ready when I returned. Courtney also gave me a list of items that need to be addressed and we made a plan for September & October to start.
