I made an appointment for oil change only,I repeated that to Jenifer twice my co worker was standing right there when Jenifer repeated oil chsnge only.When I went in to pay I did not pY attention that she ha to Jenifer twice my co worker was standing right there when Jenifer repeated oil chsnge only.When I went in to pay I did not pY attention that she had type that I requested a 10 point safety check. That's a lie. I watch the tech take my car out of alinement.I will never take my car back there. When I drove off the lot the steering was hard turning to the left and when I break for the red light my car pull to the left. Whe I took my car to get an alinement the Tech ask me at Town Fair,why do I think I need an alinement I told him what I saw Napoli tech do to my car,when he put my car on a Lazer Alinement machine. He told me the Napoli tech took me car out of alinement. The first thing Jenifer said when I went to pay for my oil change was,the tech said your car is way out of alinement you wanba do it right now I said no.I did not ask for the 10 point check because there was no problem with my alinement.
