They have the worst communication possible. My car was there for 2 weeks and I never even got a call. So I sent an email inquiry for a Kia Sportage Hybrid, and it clearly said in the emails Sportage hybrid so the guy contacts me back and says “ I have an Ex” that was all the email said no name nothing else s it clearly said in the emails Sportage hybrid so the guy contacts me back and says “ I have an Ex” that was all the email said no name nothing else so common sense I’m assuming he means a hybrid he acts because the email right on the top says hybrid. So I said great I tell him I have two other deals pending whichever one works out the best I’ll do it right away I sent him the deals again which say hybrid in the deals, and the prices are hybrid prices so everything‘s going smoothly and then he send me the window sticker of the car and I’m like wait a minute something is wrong here. This car is too cheap and then I noticed it’s not a hybrid. Rob Miller the salesman either made a careless mistake or tried to trick me. If I didn’t ask for the window sticker, I would’ve made a trip all the way to Connecticut for nothing and he already took all my information. There’s no way this should’ve happened. It was very very clear. I only wanted a highbred so I don’t know what happened but this was a very disappointing experience. Other than that the dealership was OK so but that’s a big mistake so I can only give them three stars. More
