Hi Gino, I had an appointment for 9:15. I arrived early and the car was taken in around 9 and I didn't leave the dealership until after 11. This was after the previous Saturday I had an appointment at 11 am and after an hour my car was still sitting in the parking lot. Also the recommended alignment and rear brakes were supposed to be priced out and printed for me but that didn't happen either.
