Friendly service reps and thoughtful mechanic. Mechanic was advised to to change oil and rotate tires (10k miles since purchase). He changed and brought truck around, telling me he didn't rotate Mechanic was advised to to change oil and rotate tires (10k miles since purchase). He changed and brought truck around, telling me he didn't rotate as tires appear to have zero wear, as if new, and I shouldn't pay for rotation. I told him they had 10k on them and rotation is covered under contract so he took it back in right away and completed the work no problem. I like that he considered my wallet before just doing the work. More
