Finance guy rushed paper work signing real fast without explaining any listed charges on retail sales agreement and had a 1000 gap insurance added and a few other fees that were not verbally mentioned to me. Nice guys but I wouldn’t trust them much without examining the paperwork numbers closely. They also jacked up my interest rate by 1.5 to 2 % over what my credit score should dictate. But then again they are car salespeople.. can u trust them ?? In my little experience with buying cars I now see why you can’t or shouldn’t. I will not go back there (Napoli Nissan) unless they can fix it somehow. I vaguely thought I shouldn’t buy out my lease with only five payments left but he practically pushed for it saying no brainer 20 times. Now I’m paying 27,800 for a car worth 21,800. My fault I hadn’t slept the night before and had issues in family but I let them fake me out. But they faked me out not my best option but maybe it was ‘their’ best option. Ultimately though I am to blame for letting them create 75 months of a bad deal go through. More
