I purchased a rogue with them and had an awful experience. They say anything to get you in the door to buy a vehicle and once the deal is done they brush you off. Once the car was paid for their customer service skills went out the door. The sales manager Tommy is not helpful at all, he loves to hear himself talk and he's very arrogant and condescending. I spent 3 hours in that dealership with my 2 small kids and there was an issue with taxes. I asked for a dealer plate so I can at least take my car home since all the paperwork was signed, the car was paid for and I signed my car over to them and they told me no. This is unacceptable all of this should have been done before paperwork was signed. I ended up going all the way home with my old car that was technically signed over to them and had to go right back bc everything was fixed. They only gave me 1 key so I asked for another key they told me it only comes with one but they would check but I needed to hold on again for the millionth time. I couldn't wait not one more minute so I left and they never called to check up. I called the next day to ask about it and ended up arguing with Tommy and when I asked for his manager or boss he told me he doesn't have a boss he's the manager and that I should write an email because I can't speak to anyone else but him! I had a horrible experience and I couldn't get passed Tommy on the phone bc the office turned it into a joke that I was frustrated. I called Napoli Kia and they were very helpful with giving me the owners information so we'll see what happens but do not purchase a vehicle from this branch! More
