I didn’t even mention the total paperwork screw up. We specifically asked for my wife to be the primary owner with me as the secondary. When they showed up to deliver the car, all the paperwork was in my name only, requiring everything to be reprinted and mailed back and forth. If ANY Chevrolet dealer had shared the specific vehicle we wanted with our local dealer, all this would be a moot point. Both my wife’s last Impala and my last 2 Silverados were brought to our local dealership from another. I hate having to deal with a dealership over an hour away simply because they would not transfer a vehicle. This was supposed to be a bright spot in my wife’s life since her double mastectomy and several surgeries from last November. The greed and unwillingness of dealerships to cooperate leaves a bad taste for Chevrolet.
