Nice and friendly My salesman was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything. The financial part was out of his hands, as he did state this to me after I asked. However, I felt my interest rate was too high for my credit score. After waiting a good while, I did become a little fatigued. I asked the finance guy why so high of a rate. He stated that it was a good rate for me considering my credit history didn’t show a car loan on it. I was very disappointed! I’ve had good credit for over thirteen years. I know people who have had some pretty jacked up credit come out of this same dealership with a better rate. So maybe I just didn’t put up enough of an fight. After the wait, I was just ready to get out and go take care of some family matters at the time. My tires weren’t all the same either, as I was told. Plus, I noticed I was enrolled in a thousand dollar tire insurance plan in which I didn’t even ask for. The tires seems to be a little under half used. So I’ve been wondering how can this benefit me before the tires wear completely out....... I would recommend this dealership to friends, family members, and co-workers. I would say, it’s friendly, and clean environment, just be on your “A” game and have a clear mind before going in. More
