Exceptionally friendly and honest people genuinely interested in helping me put together a deal that worked for me and not the other way around. Over the course of the day there, I overheard other salespeople interacting with customers with the same level of integrity I experienced. At one point, I heard a salesman outlining very clearly and patiently to a nervous customer her options including the ability to walk away from the deal at anytime if she was unsure. Tommy Nash, the owner, was there for part of my visit. He sat down and spoke with me for awhile. I later saw him sitting with other customers as well. He was extremely friendly and engaging, never asked or pressured me about my deal and seemed most concerned that I was being treated properly. Honestly, I felt like I had gone back in time. This is a special place. More

He went over the whole car and made sure he reviewed every button and explained the use of everything. He also stressed that I can call him at any time with questions. It was much easier dealing with a long-time experienced salesman, as I was buying just my third car. He seemed to want to make sure I was buying the right car for me, rather than just selling me a car. I had specified I was looking for a red Chevy Traverse with a CD player and that's what I bought. I had seen others, but this was more of what I wanted. My only disappointment was the fact that it did not come with an automatic tailgate. Not a deal breaker, but it only came on more expensive models. More

On our way home a friend of ours called asked me what I was doing and said we ought to check out Nash Chevrolet not far from my house. It was the best move of the day! The people were Great, no pressure to sell which was a very pleasant surprise! Met several employees there a guy who went by the name 'D' (a young guy who just started working there about a year ago) took his time to explain everything on the test rides that we took. Then came Donovan who was a very pleasant person to work with and of course the finance person named Ben. They also gave me what I was asking for and I couldn't have made a better deal than I did with this dealership which will go a long way with me. A GREAT EXPERIENCE I was working in my job related duties a year or so ago and was admiring a new car a person had purchased that I had dealings with and he informed me I was working in my job related duties a year or so ago and was admiring a new car a person had purchased that I had dealings with and he informed me that he had purchased the car at Nash Chevrolet from a salesman by the name of Scot. I wrote the name in my Franklin Planner never realizing that I would be using it in a few years. My wife was looking thru listings of 2018 Chevrolet Impalas we were interested in and purely by accident Nash Chevrolet had one of the 5 2018 Impalas. I remembered the name Scot in my Franklin Planner and called to see if he still worked there. The day I called he was off but I talked with Robert Brown and placed the car on hold so we could drive the 268 miles down to look it over. We were treated so professionally and Irene worked out a great extended coverage for us to purchase. Nash will be the first Chevrolet Dealership we look at the inventory when we purchase our next new car. More
