Like coming home to get a new car Nelson Mazda is an excellent dealership. Every time I walk in the staff from the top to the gardener make me feel welcome and part of the family. Mainly because the research kept placing Mazda in the top of most categories that we were interested in. My wife suggested we go to Nelson Mazda before making any purchase decisions....because of the online reviews. We did....and we were greeted by Levi Pervin (product specialist)....we were made to feel at home. No pressure...just a true feeling of wanting to help answer any questions we had. We didn’t purchase that first time visiting Levi. We wanted to compare what we just test drove, which was the 2018 CX-5, to the other top contenders we were considering...Honda CR-V and the Nissan Rouge were the other two contenders. Both my wife and I were impressed with the Mazda CX-5, hands down so back to Nelson Mazda we went! More importantly, Levi, Patrick (sales manager), and even Chad (COO/Managing Partner) made the experiance one to remember. It’s great to know that buying a car can be a relaxing and rewarding experience. We were greeted by Cassie who was not only incredibly knowledgable about their inventory, but she was so patient in letting us look at different vehicles and never pressuring us into one that we weren't comfortable with. We immediately felt safe in her hands, but to be honest I was still nervous about going through the sales process and getting a fair deal... ...Until she introduced us to her sales manager Patrick who was one of the most pleasant people I've done business with in many years. I told him my expectations (which I knew were farfetched) and he did everything he could possibly do to meet me where I wanted to be, not only on the trade-in but on the car purchase as well. In the finance office Manuel was also super helpful in answering any questions I had about the paperwork, giving me options for better warranties, and not pressuring me in any way to buy anything else. I feel like he was very honest and open about what would be the best options for our family and I really appreciated that. Overall this was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Car dealerships get a really bad rap, and mostly for good reason, but it's nice to see a place doing things the right way. I can surely say that the next time I need another car, Nelson Mazda Cool Springs is the first and only stop I'll make. More

Above and beyond VJ has mastered the art of customer service. Being located 2 hours from the dealership, I was hesitant to travel to Nelson to look at a used vehicle. VJ has mastered the art of customer service. Being located 2 hours from the dealership, I was hesitant to travel to Nelson to look at a used vehicle. VJ sent a crazy amount of pictures via text which helped me decide to drive to Franklin. He also kept me updated throughout the week as to the status of the vehicle and drove by the dealership on Sunday to ensure it was still there for my visit on Monday. VJ provided excellent in person customer service as well. He worked diligently to correct some issues found in the vehicle. Great guy. I would highly recommend VJ to my friends. More
