This was a six week long painful nightmare. I was a cash buyer with a trade in and half the time the car I wanted was “missing”. Geralds follow up was horrendous and I had to deal with a manager eventuall buyer with a trade in and half the time the car I wanted was “missing”. Geralds follow up was horrendous and I had to deal with a manager eventually just to get adequate assistance. I do not know why I didn’t give up and buy a car elsewhere, so I blame myself at this point. Gerald barely acknowledged me when I came in-after all I had been through you would have thought he would have offered an apology. I asked weeks earlier if they could check out my trade for assessing. They said no repeatedly and the day I’m buying my car they had a problem with the trade in title which cost me an additional $3000 I would have known this if they did the research I requested upfront. I had a scheduled appointment with another rep and waited over an hour through two “walk in” appointments. Was Continuously passed off to different reps. Disappointed to say the least. I will never buy another car from there nor refer anyone. On the bright side: if you MUST go there ask for Angie. She was the only saving grace that kept me sane so she is amazing, but they called and almost took the car back a week later because they didn’t gather all the paperwork they needed upfront. (which I asked them if they needed and they said no a week earlier) Just not organized at all. Very stressful and a mentally draining experience. More
