A remote start for my 27 yr old petite daughter that parks in Vanderbilt's parking garage was important -- top on the list. The car chosen didn't have it but as an NO PROBLEM add-on for $800.00..... Well for $800 you only get one key fob and to replace it is another $500! I need two and was never told about only getting one especially after SERVICE and SALES REP asked for both keys -- RIPPED OFF! The hood's paint job is still rough after a 2nd detail. I'm concerned about paint adhesion! We left in the dark so we didn't see a major scrap in the sidewall of one of the front tires. I asked to have it replaced and NO LUCK again. They said it was safe since it "wasn't too deep" -- is that what you should get for a $29,000 CX-5? Is that the responsiveness and customer service BRAGGED about? Don't think so..... More
