I do have these suggestions for the dealership as a whole: 1. Reduce the amount of paperwork. It took 30 min plus and about 15 signed forms. One form and 2 mins is all I needed to buy a used car for a private owner. 2. The detail shop needs to do a better job preparing used cars or just say they have not been detailed. 3 fill up sold ised cars with a full not half tank of gas. 4. Provide the actual results in printed form of any maintenance inspection your dealership does on the vehilcle prior to making it available for sale. This will increase buyer confidence in the vehicle. More
