End-of-lease process was a surprisingly positive experience I received a call from Gonzalo when I was two payments away from the end of my lease. I know them to be friendly and efficient, and I was anxious about owing $4K at the end of my lease due to over-mileage. Gonzalo was straightforward with me and didn’t subject to me to the typical sales pitch or try hard-sell tactics. His honesty and the respectful way he worked with me made it the most positive experience of I’ve ever had with getting into a new vehicle. He clearly presented the essential information to allow me to understand my options and make an informed decision. There were no slight-of-hand tricks. There was no B.S. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly positive. More

You can buy a luxury euro many places today in LA, (we have owned Mercedes and Audi) but these guys and this dealership, in particular, are worth your look because of their customer service. My true test of a dealership is how they treat you after you have made the purchase and I am pleased to report that they are every bit as attentive once you are an owner as you are when you are a prospective purchaser. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of vehicle, and if you are moving between brands these guys are tremendous resources to help you figure out if their brand is a fit . More
