Good repair work/ Horrible customer service Came in for new engine splash shield & oil change. Shield needed to be ordered, understandable Taller Guy said come in next day should be fine. - Came in for new engine splash shield & oil change. Shield needed to be ordered, understandable Taller Guy said come in next day should be fine. - Come in next day (from Santa Monica where I work) and Hispanic Guy with beard DECLINES my appointment saying they were too busy and appointments made online are invalid. What’s the point of having that option then? - Called the office to explain I was turned away and make another one still even though I am now highly inconvenienced at this point. Heavy Set Mexican Front Desk Girl with horrendous ATTITUDE from beginning reschedules me for Saturday. - Once again drive back in Day 3 and politely ask Chris if we can do anything about the service fee and my experience thus far being highly inconvenienced. He says he will look into it & heard me out totally cool guy. - Time to pay, had no problem paying $65 but still wanted to know if Chris was able to maybe waive or discount so I asked for him & instantly Heavy Set Hispanic Girl ATTITUDE switched on complete with ghetto hand gestures and loudness. Black Guy with Skull Rings also had to get involved. I felt completely ostracized for simply asking a QUESTION. If Chris had just said Hey we can’t do that unfortunately then it would’ve been all good. Or MAYBE next time don’t CANCEL or DECLINE someone with a legit appointment ??? All I need was the new engine splash shield installed? Could not have clogged up so much of the day could it have?? I had to come back and waste a THIRD day to fix such a simple repair. AND be treated like crap in addition. Definitely did not leave there having a good experience or a nice day. Whatever happened to customer always being right? Or even listening to the situation before becoming hostile?? And how about the fact that they LEFT the broken splash guards all in my backseat? What am I supposed to do with them? Isn’t that a service I’m paying for? Discarding the old broken pieces of my repair? It seems like the staff needs a some problem assessment training or customer service refresher and maybe not treat people like they’re your “homies” We know you’re busy after the holidays but everyone is. I used to live nearby in Glendale and liked to continue going to this location even though I’ve moved further away. That might have to change now. More

To make a long story short, we went in and talked to the GM also, they promised they will take care of it, one week later nothing, called back and left several massages, nobody has called us back yet.
